219toner.com is operated from the Netherlands. It is an information and comparison website with no user accounts, no sign-in and no shopping basket. We do not sell products and do not collect order or payment data: purchases take place on the retailers' own websites.
Hosting and security
The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data — such as your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, your browser's user agent and security signals — to deliver the page and protect the service against attacks. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). This processing can take place outside the UK, including in the United States; Cloudflare relies on transfer safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or approved contractual clauses. On the language and region selector at 219toner.com, a Cloudflare function also uses the country Cloudflare derives from your IP address, solely to show that page's general text in the language of that country; 219toner.com stores neither the IP address nor the country, sets no cookie for this and does not redirect you (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, our legitimate interest in presenting the page in a relevant language).
Cookies and browser storage
Only one entry is strictly necessary: analytics_consent records for up to six months
whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so that we do not ask again on every page. Without your
consent we set no analytics or tracking cookies. After you consent, Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_E7W4CV1CJL cookies described below. Details are on our cookies page.
Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland
Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (measurement ID
G-E7W4CV1CJL). The Google tag is not loaded before you consent. Google
Analytics processes usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, browser and device
information and approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store
IP addresses. Google signals, advertising storage and ad personalisation signals are switched off.
The cookies _ga and _ga_E7W4CV1CJL are set and limited to six months. The
lawful basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and regulation 6 of the Privacy and
Electronic Communications Regulations). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United
States, which participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can
withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer or the button at the end of
this page; we then delete the Google Analytics cookies this website can reach.
Links to retailers
When you open a retailer link you leave 219toner.com, and the retailer's own privacy notice applies. Prices, delivery, returns and terms are those of the retailer. For links identified as affiliate links, an affiliate network may attribute a purchase to our referral and set its own cookies to do so.
AI toner help
In this deployment the AI toner help runs on rules directly in your browser. Your questions are not sent to us or to an external AI provider. Please still avoid entering personal data.
If you contact us
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to deal with any follow-up. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Please do not send more personal data than your question needs.
How long data is kept
We do not run our own database of visitor data. The lifetime of each browser entry is stated above; server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention periods. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Article 7(3)). To make a request, email [email protected].
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
